Catering

Catering is available by prior arrangement for groups of up to 53 passengers. Afternoon Tea, Lunch or Supper is served buffet style on both boats or a sit down meal can be provided for up to 30 passengers on the motor barge Avon only. Food can be served on our 2, 3 and 4 hour boat trips. Please view our menu below.

Charter passengers may arrange their own catering for events but a surcharge of £1.50 per head will be payable.

Menu No 1

Tea and Cake £ 2.95 per head

One slice of hand made sponge cake with a cup of tea.

Menu No 2

Afternoon Tea £ 5.50 per head

One locally baked fruit scone with home made jam and cream, one slice of hand made sponge cake and a cup of tea.

Menu No 3

Sandwiches, Tea & Cake £ 5.50 per head

A selection of sandwiches, freshly made with locally baked bread, fillings include ham, cheese and egg, one slice of hand made sponge cake and a cup of tea.

Menu No 4

Ploughman’s £ 5.75 per head

French bread, selection of cheeses, pickled onions, cherry tomatoes and pickle.

Roast Chicken & Chips £ 6.95 per head

Delivered directly to the boat and served on, or shortly after, departure. Served in cartons with cutlery, salt, vinegar and tomato ketchup provided.

Due to the restricted galley space on board we are unfortunately unable to provide a selection (except on menu nos. 5 & 6). Food can be served on 2, 3 and 4 hour canal cruises on both boats. Passenger numbers are restricted to a maximum 53 passengers.
